Food production is the largest industrial sector in Poland. The analysis of our partner organisation, the Buy Responsible Foundation (BRF) maps the food market in the country to provide a systematic overview of the sectorial structure from food production, over retail, import/ export to newly emerging trends, while carefully presenting respective challenges inherent to the distinct stages.
Further, The report explores alternative sources of food delivery that may result in building local supply networks and skipping long food supply chains.
