Why we need petitions
Petitions give us the opportunity to address our concerns and demands directly to the relevant bodies and actors to initiate change. “Our Food. Our Future” aims to change the food system to make it fairer and more sustainable. To achieve this, there are various levers we need to tighten. These include laws that set the rules of the system as well as global companies and supermarkets that must commit to sustainable and fair business practices and held accountable for harmful business practices – also and especially along their supply chains.
